During the project, we conducted a series of workshops to help prioritize the data categories and develop the visual style. We conducted an analysis of available solutions, created a list of best practices, and defined constraints (gaps in current data, lack of coverage). We defined end user personas of the developed solution.

We designed information architecture and user journeys, and tested them considering the implementability criterion. In the next phase we confronted our solutions with MFA managers, created prototypes and designed the visual side of the service.
